Production and bottling of carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks in Standard 250ml, 330ml and 500ml aluminum cans and in 250ml and 330ml Sleek (Fit) cans with a CDL 202 lid.
We produce carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, with the possibility of pasteurization at temperatures up to 82 degrees Celsius in a tunnel type pasteurizer.
We also produce other types of refreshments products on request, in collaboration with suppliers of concentrates and flavors from Romania and other Europe partners.
Water treatment plant. The raw water from the city network is treated in the following stages: polishing, softening, chlorination (6 - 8 ppm, minimum 35 min.), Dechlorination, final filtration at 1 micron and UV sterilization.
Sanitation plant (CIP) consisting of 3 stainless steel tanks for 2% NaOH solution, hot water and 0.2% Oxysan ZS solution, pathways and connecting panels and sanitizing agent recirculation pumps.
The syrup chamber contains 7 stainless steel tanks with stirrers, sugar conveyor and syrup filter batteries with final filter elements of 30 microns.
Bottling and packaging line with a capacity of 22000 - 24000 doses / hour.
